Emoluments & Benefits
Emoluments & Benefits is ok as Basic pay is of Rs.17,240/- in the scale of Rs.17,240-840(14)-29,000-910(4)-32640 and other admissible allowance as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs.36,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. Other benefits such as Pension under New Pension system governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per rules. The CTC works out to Rs 5.3 lakhs p.a.
Educational Qualification (as on 30.11.2014)
For Generalist Stream, a candidate must possess the minimum qualification of a Degree in any discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government.
The minimum Educational Qualifications required for various disciplines are:
1 For Finance Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / Cost Accountant (ICWA)/ M.COM/ B.COM
2 For Automobile Engineering B.E./B.Tech. in Automobile Engineering
3 For Information Technology B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology
3 For Legal Graduate in Law.
4 For Generalist Graduate in any stream.
