PSU Recruitment through GATE 2019 for Civil
From many days I am getting the same request from users to make the branch wise list of PSU Recruitment through GATE 2019 for Civil Branch. So here I am listing only those PSU (tentatively) who is going to recruit Civil students through GATE 2019. This list is divided into two part first is confirmed list (PSU which recruit Civil students every year through GATE Score) and the second list is the tentative list which consists of those PSU who has recruited Civil students at least once in previous years.
Confirmed List of PSU Recruitment through GATE 2019 for Civil
These 9 PSU has recruited Civil Engineering students previous year. If I go alphabetical wise than
1. Airports Authority of India (AAI)
Airports Authority of India recruited Civil Engineering (CE) students for Junior Executive Post through GATE 2018.
Qualification: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil with minimum 60% marks from a recognized/deemed university or from an apex Institution i.e. IIT recognized by Government of India
Age Limit: Maximum age 27 years as on the last date of closing of application.
Fees: All General and OBC category candidates are required to pay Rs. 500/-. SC/ST/Women applicants are exempted from paying the application fee.
Pay Scale (IDA):- Junior Executive (E-1) :- Rs.16400-3%-40500
Emoluments: In addition to Basic pay, Dearness Allowance. Perks @ 46% of Basic pay. HRA and other benefits which include CPF. Gratuity, Social Security plan Pension. Medical benefits etc. are admissible as per AAI rules.

2. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL)
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) recruited Civil Engineering students based on GATE 2018 Scores for Officers post.
Qualification: 4-year full-time Engineering degrees in Civil Engineering. Applicants having any other degree/combination degree eg. Production Engg., Automobile Engg., Mechatronics, Industrial Engg., Construction Engg. etc., other than mentioned above are not eligible to apply.
60% marks ( aggregate marks of all semesters) for GEN/OBC and 50% for ST/SC in the qualifying degree examination.
Age limit: Upper Limit is 25 years as on 30th June 2018 for the general category candidates i.e. candidates born on or after 30.06.1993. Age relaxation for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/SC/ST/PWD candidates will be applicable as per the Presidential Directives.
Application Fees: Applicants are required to pay a Non-Refundable Amount of Rs. 275/- (Application fee inclusive of service tax and bank charges of Rs.35/-). SC, ST & PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Salary: Upon absorption, the CTC would be approximately Rs 10.8 lakhs per annum**(CTC)

3. Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL)
Indian Oil Corporation Limited recruited Civil Engineering students for Officer Post through GATE 2018.
Qualification: BE.B.Tech in Civil Engineering (excluding Construction/Environmental/Transportation etc.). Applicants, belonging to General and OBC (non- creamy layer) classes, should have secured at least 65% marks in qualifying degree examinations. Qualifying marks are relaxed to 55% for Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe(ST)/People with Disability (PWD) applicants.
Age Limit: Maximum 26 years as on 30th June 2018 for general category applicants. Relaxation in upper age limit by 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer), 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PWD applicants will be extended as per the Presidential Directives.
Application Fees: ZERO (There are no application fees for IOCL)
Salary: The Cost-to-Company (CTC), will be about Rs 12.00 lakhs per annum inclusive of performance related pay (PRP).

4. National Fertilizers Limited (NFL)
National Fertilizers Limited has recruited Civil Engineering students through GATE 2018.
Qualification: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (AMIE – for Departmental candidates) with not less than 60% marks (50% for SC, ST), taking the average of all the Semesters/Years, irrespective of the weight-age given to any particular semester/year by the Institute/University.
Age Limit: Upper Age limit is 27 years as on 01.01.2018 i.e. applicants born before 01.01.89 need not apply.
For applicants with MCA qualification, the age limit is 29 years as on 01.01.2018. Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Application Fees: Applicants belonging to General/OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500/-. The SC / ST / PWD category and Departmental applicants need not pay the registration fee.

5. Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL)
Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has recruited Civil engineering students on the basis of GATE 2017/2018 Score for Scientific Officer/C post.
Qualification: Full-time engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
Age Limit: Upper Age limit is 26 years as on 15.06.2018 for GEN/OBC students.
Salary:
During Training
Monthly Stipend – Rs. 35,000/-
One time Book Allowance – Rs. 10,000/-
Mandatory Lodging & Boarding – In NPCIL Hostels.
On Appointment: Executive Trainee will be appointed as Scientific Officer/C in Group ‘A’ after successful completion of training.

6. NLC India Limited (NLC)
NLC India Limited (Formerly Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited) has recruited civil engineering students through GATE 2018 as Graduate Executive Trainee.
Qualification: Degree in Civil / Civil & Structural Engineering (or) AMIE in Civil / Civil & Structural Engineering, with 60% marks for UR/OBC & 50% marks for SC/ST.
Age limits: Should not have completed 30 years as on 01/12/2017.
Salary: CTC approximately ranging from Rs.9.05 Lakhs to 9.65 Lakhs per annum
Application Fees: UR / OBC Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs.300/- as Application Fee.

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has recruited Civil Engineering students through GATE 2018 for Assistant Executive Engineer post.
Education Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited – PGCIL / POWERGRID has recruited Civil students through GATE 2018 for Executive Trainee post.
Qualification: Full Time B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) from recognized University/ Institute in Civil
Engineering with Minimum 65% or Equivalent CGPA.
Age limit: 28 years as on 31/12/2017 for Unreserved Category. There is Age relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/PWD as per government rules.
Salary:
During Training: Rs. 8.6 lakhs/year
After Training: Rs. 15 lakhs/year

9. THDC India Ltd
Tehri Hydro Development Corporation India Limited ( THDC India Ltd ) recruited Civil engineering students through GATE 2018.
Qualification: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc(Engg.) from a recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 65% or Equivalent CGPA.
Age Limit: Upper Age limit is 30 years for unserved applicants ( as on 31.01.2018 ). Age Relaxation is there for OBC/SC/ST/PWD candidates according to the general government guidelines.
Salary: During Training Period – Approx. Rs.7.00 Lakh. On absorption – Approx. Rs.10 Lakh per annum.
Application fee: No Application Fee

I want to ask you every PSU asking either % or equivalent to cgpa but iocl only % what does it means? If any one got 7.1 cgpa but 64.6% %could candidate take it as a whole number like 65%,is this right?

You’re doing a great job. Thanks a lot. But you’re requested to make the separate list of other branches also such as Instrumentation engineering (IN). Enlist those PSUs also which recruit without GATE.
