Education Qualification for NFL through GATE 2016
Chemical: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology (AMIE for Departmental Candidates) with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST), taking the average of all Semesters / Years along with valid GATE 2016 Score in Chemical Engineering (CH) Discipline.
Mechanical: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technology (AMIE for Departmental Applicants) with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST), taking the average of all Semesters / Years along with valid GATE 2016 score in Mechanical Engineering ( ME) Discipline.
Electrical: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology (AMIE for Departmental Applicants) with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST), taking an average of all Semesters / Years along with valid GATE 2016 Score in Electrical Engineering (EE) Discipline.
Age Limit NFL through GATE 2016
Maximum age limit for the unreserved candidate is 27 years.
Application Fees of NFL through GATE 2016
Applicants have to pay Rs. 700/-. SC / ST / ExSM / PwBD /Departmental applicants are exempted.
Selection Process of NFL through GATE 2016
Based on the GATE 2016 Marks applicants will be shortlisted for Interview in the ratio of 1:5. Suitability of the applicants shall be adjudged on the following criteria:
Weightage of marks obtained in Qualifying Examination:
