Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. BSNL recruiting 150 engineers for the post of management trainee MT (Telecom Operations). The Management Trainee shall be appointed in the IDA pay scale [E-3] of Rs 24,900-
50,500/- with annual increment @ 3% of basic pay plus HRA, IDA, Perks, Medical Benefits, etc. admissible, as per company rules.

Education Qualification BSNL MT Recruitment 2019
B.E / B.tech or equivalent Engineering degree in Electronics, Computer/IT, Telecommunications & Electrical with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) and should have completed the course on a regular full time on the last date of application and MBA or M.Tech.
Age limit
The maximum age is 30 years for unreserved applicants as on (1 August 2019). For OBC/SC/ST there is relaxation as per government norms.
Selection Process BSNL MT Recruitment 2019
There will be one online test which will be followed by group discussion and interview. The different weightage of these steps are as follows:

Application Fees
For General and OBC application fees is Rs. 2200/- and for SC/ST it is Rs. 1100/-. SC/ST candidates will get a travel allowance to appear in the exam.
