The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd (FACT) is a multi-divisional Central PSE, and a pioneer in the manufacture of Chemicals and Fertilisers with activities spread over Manufacturing, Design and Consultancy, Engineering, Fabrication, etc. FACT requests applications from qualified applicants for appointment as Management Trainees in the Technical disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Civil, Fire & Safety, Computer Science Engineering, and in the Non-technical disciplines of Marketing and Administration.

Age Limit for FACT MT Recruitment 2019
26 year is the upper age limit for Management Trainee Post (born on or after 1.4.1993). Relaxable by 2 years for postgraduates.
Application Fees for FACT MT Recruitment 2019
1000/- for Gen/OBC applicants. SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-servicemen applicants are exempted from fees.
Selection Process
Selection will be on the basis of the ONLINE TEST, and interview. GATE scorecard is not required. Online Test will consist of two parts: Aptitude and Technical subject. The questions will be objective type, multiple-choice and prepared in English and Hindi. Negative marks will be there for wrong answers.
Salary
During one year of training: 30,000/- per month
After successful completion of trainee: approx 53,230/- per month
