Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd Recruiting Assistant Engineer through GATE 2015
Recruitment for the posts of Assistant Engineer (On Training) and Assistant Manager (IT Systems) based on GATE (Gradate Aptitude Test in Engineering).
Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. (PSPCL) is a Punjab Govt. owned company responsible for power generation and distribution i he state of Punjab . Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has decided to use GATE scores merit for future recruitment and is in the process of final i zing the modalities with the noda l agency for conducting GATE to fill up various vacancies to be advertised after l.1.20 15 onwards of following posts (at pay scale of Rs.16650-39100 + Rs.5800/- Grade Pay) as per requirement of each year on the basis of GATE score:
- Assistant Engineer/OT (Electrical)
- Assistant Engineer/OT (Mechanical )
- Assistant Engineer/OT (Electronics & Communication) i v) Assistant Engineer/C (Instrumentation & Control)
- Assistant Engineer/OT (Civil)
- Assistant Manager (AM/IT Systems)
Candidates having only following degrees will be considered eligible for various disciplines of PSPCL against respective code of GATE paper :

Prospective candidates may pl ease note that GATE based recruitment for the above mentioned posts will be done for the vacancies advertised on or after 1.1.2015. However, recruitment for the post of Assistant Engineer (OT}/ Electrical to fill up 204 vacancies against CRA- 283/ 14 is being done on the basis of written test to be conducted by PSPCL as already notified public notice dated 4.9.20 14.
