RCFL Recruitment through GATE 2018- Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) is a Mini-Ratna status company. It is a fertilizer and chemical manufacturing company. The government of India held 80% of its equity. It has two operating units, one at Thal, Raigad district, about 100 KM from Mumbai and other at Trombay in Mumbai.

Qualification for RCFL through GATE 2018
Four years full-time course of BE / B Tech. / B.Sc Engg. (Engineering Graduate) In Chemical discipline from the university recognized. Applicants in the final year of their engineering studies may also apply. Applicants with any other degree other than mentioned above are not eligible to apply.
There are minimum percentage criteria of 55 % marks (aggregate) in last 4 semesters / last 2 years.
For SC/ST category candidates, the prescribed percentages are relaxed by 5%.
Salary RCFL through GATE 2018
On successful fulfilment of training, they will be employed in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 16400-40500 (under revision). The minimum Total Monthly Gross payments would include Basic Pay plus DA, plus House Rent Allowance and other allowances which works out to approximately Rs. 50,000/- approximately.
Age Limit for RCFL through GATE 2018
Upper Age Limit as on 01.04.2018:
General – Maximum 25 years,
For SC/ST Category – Maximum 30 years.
For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Category – Maximum 28 years
Selection Process for RCFL through GATE 2018
Shortlisted Applicants will be called for personal interview. Shortlisting will be done based on the GATE-2018 score in Chemical Discipline. Final merit list shall be prepared on the basis of weightage of 60:40 for GATE 2018 score (Chemical Discipline) & Interview marks respectively.
