SCI Trainee Marine Engineer Recruitment 2013
Shipping Corporation Of India (SCI) has recently published recruitment notification 2013 for Trainee Marine Engineers (TME) – this is a great opportunity for those of you freshers with Mechanical / Automation Engineering to join the ranks of SCI – the premier shipping company in India. As per the notification, submission of online application form has already began from 12th June with the last date to apply online for SCI Trainee Marine Engineer Recruitment 2013 as 3rd July, 2013.
Eligibility for SCI Trainee Marine Engineer Recruitment 2013:
Educational Qualification Eligibility:
Minimum 50% marks in Mechanical Engineering /Mechanical & Automation Engineering from AICTE approved Engineering college + Minimum 50% marks in English language at XIIth class.
Final year students expecting their results by 31.07.2013 are also eligible to apply.
On top of above eligibilities, you need to be fit for sea service as per existing MS Medical rules 2000 applicable to sea farers. Defective colour vision (colour blindness) NOT accepted.
Selection Process for SCI Trainee Marine Engineer:
Selection for SCI Trainee Marine Engineers consists of a 200 marks Objective Type written test to be answered in 2 hours, followed by Interview for those shortlisted.
